Biography
Dr Lakshmana Chaganti received his PhD degree on HTS cable for HVDC from the University of Strathclyde in 2024, and B.Tech degree in electrical and electronics engineering from JNTUK and M.Phil degree in electrical engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He worked as a project associate at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and as an Assistant Engineer.
He is working on the comprehensive design of subsea high-temperature superconductor (HTS) cable for offshore wind farms to onshore power grid connections.
