Strathclyde joins the SCADET project

The University of Strathclyde is delighted to be part of the Superconductor Applications for Dense Energy Transmission (SCADET) project. Prof Weijia Yuan will lead the work package to conduct state of art and market assessment of superconducting cable technologies. By collaborating with manufacturers and network operators, we will deliver network assessment for the impact rom superconducting cables and review of potential locations for GB networks.
